Insonnia in gravidanza, insonnia da stress<\/h2>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Insonnia e disturbi del sonno colpiscono oltre un terzo della popolazione mondiale e <\/span><b>circa il 20% degli italiani<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> alla ricerca di cause e rimedi per trovare sollievo nelle varie et\u00e0 della vita. Per l\u2019insonnia infatti non ci sono cause e rimedi definitivi e definibili in modo universale.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">E del resto, come spiega l\u2019<\/span><a href=\"https:\/\/www.issalute.it\/index.php\/la-salute-dalla-a-alla-z-menu\/i\/insonnia\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Istituto Superiore di Sanit\u00e0,<\/span><\/a><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> non ci sono line guida che possono stabilire a priori <\/span><b>quante sono le ore di sonno ottimali per ogni individuo<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">. In media le ore di sonno necessarie agli adulti sono dalle 7 alle 9 ore per notte, mentre i bambini dormono pi\u00f9 a lungo. Di fatto <\/span><b>l\u2019unico vero parametro \u00e8 la stanchezza<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> per dire se si abbia dormito a sufficienza oppure no.<\/span><\/p>\n<h2>Sintomi dell\u2019insonnia<\/h2>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">L\u2019insonnia pu\u00f2 colpire tutti, <\/span><b>in modo diverso e in ogni momento<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">, ma spesso in modo episodico e che si risolve da s\u00e9 o facilmente. Quando invece la difficolt\u00e0 a dormire si ripete spesso, anche per mesi o anni, <\/span><b>costituisce un problema serio<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> poich\u00e9 <\/span><a href=\"https:\/\/blog.ausilium.it\/dormire-sano-migliora-la-salute-perche-e-sbagliato-sottovalutarlo\/\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">peggiora fortemente la qualit\u00e0 della vita<\/span><\/a><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Questi i <\/span><b>principali campanelli di allarme <\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">per individuare una forma leggera o seria di insonnia:<\/span><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">difficolt\u00e0 ad addormentarsi<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">restare svegli a letto, per lunghi periodi durante la notte<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">non sentirsi riposati al risveglio\u00a0<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">alzarsi dal letto molte volte durante la notte<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">svegliarsi presto la mattina e non riaddormentarsi<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">sentirsi stanchi e irritabili durante il giorno ed avere difficolt\u00e0 di concentrazione\u00a0<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">avere difficolt\u00e0 ad appisolarsi durante la giornata pur sentendosi stanchi<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h2>Principali cause dell\u2019insonnia<\/h2>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Ci sono diversi livelli di insonnia, certamente, ed \u00e8 importante osservare le diverse situazioni per capire in che direzione indagare.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Ci sono <\/span><b>cause pi\u00f9 semplici e fisiologiche da ipotizzare<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">:\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><b>Problemi cervicali e cuscino o materasso<\/b> <a href=\"https:\/\/www.ausilium.it\/cuscini.htm\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">scomodo e non adatto a noi<\/span><\/a><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">\u00a0<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><b>Dieta serale non adatta<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">: alcuni cibi e bevande non favoriscono il sonno, <\/span><a href=\"https:\/\/www.ausilium.it\/p-9238-tisana-relax-riposo.htm\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">altri ci aiutano decisamente<\/span><\/a><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><b>Stress, ansia e depressione<\/b><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><b>Cause ormonali<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">: in gravidanza per esempio il sonno subisce cambiamenti<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><b>Malattie<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">, cardiache per esempio<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><b>Farmaci<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> antidepressivi o per l\u2019epilessia<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h2>Rimedi per dormire. Quando rivolgersi al medico?<\/h2>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Non mancano rimedi semplici e rimedi naturali all\u2019insonnia. E\u2019 bene <\/span><b>conoscerli e utilizzarli abitualmente<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> perch\u00e9 dormire bene e a sufficienza ci fa vivere meglio le ore di veglia.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><b>Ritmi regolari <\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">\u2013 Cerchiamo il pi\u00f9 possibile di andare a dormire e alzarci sempre alla stessa ora.<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><b>Cena leggera <\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">\u2013 Cibi piccanti, grassi, contenenti caffeina e alcol favoriscono l\u2019insonnia e sono da evitare, soprattutto se ci si corica poco dopo. Piuttosto <\/span><a href=\"https:\/\/www.ausilium.it\/p-9235-tisana-digestiva.htm\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">aiutiamoci con una tisana digestiva<\/span><\/a><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">.<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><b>Acqua e Tisane <\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">\u2013 Attenzione, \u00e8 <\/span><a href=\"https:\/\/www.ausilium.it\/p-9238-tisana-relax-riposo.htm\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">bene bere una tisana rilassante prima di dormire<\/span><\/a><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">, mentre non \u00e8 bene bere troppo perch\u00e9 si sottopone il corpo alla lunga digestione dei liquidi e facilmente lo si costringe a risvegliarsi per urinare.<\/span><b>\u00a0<\/b><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><strong>Materassi e cuscini comodi<\/strong> \u2013 Non prendiamo un cuscino a caso e, se necessario, cambiamo materasso.
