Bisogna intervenire con creme antidolorifiche o con <\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">cerotti autoriscaldanti<\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> oppure indossare una cintura termica.<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><b>Male al collo e alla cervicale.<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> Pu\u00f2 provocare capogiri e bisogna subito porvi rimedio, magari con delle specifiche <\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">fasce adesive autoriscaldanti per il collo<\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">.<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><b>Malessere generale<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">. Prima di arrivare ad un dolore acuto alla schiena o alla cervicale, spesso si ha un generale malessere che si accompagna stress.<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><b>Cattiva circolazione sanguigna<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">. Uno dei rischi di computer e postura scorretta \u00e8 avere seri problemi di circolazione, soprattutto alle gambe.\u00a0<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h4><b>5 Consigli utili contro il mal di schiena da PC<\/b><\/h4>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">\u00c8 molto importante esaminare l\u2019insieme delle nostre abitudini nello stare al computer per capire cosa cambiare e cosa migliorare.<\/span><\/p>\n<ol>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><b>Altezza tavolo monitor e altezza monitor<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> \u2013 \u00c8 la prima cosa da valutare: le braccia devono esse a 90\u00b0 rispetto al piano di lavoro per non appesantire la schiena e irritare la muscolatura.
