A noi la scelta, sfruttando anche le <\/span><b>giornate ancora non troppo brevi e non troppo fredde<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Anche una <\/span><a href=\"https:\/\/blog.ausilium.it\/6468-2\/\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">attivit\u00e0 fisica moderata<\/span><\/a><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> \u00e8 una buona soluzione: l\u2019importante \u00e8 non impigrirsi nella <\/span><b>routine lavorativa e troppo sedentaria<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">.<\/span><\/p>\n<h4><b>Restare all\u2019aria aperta: sport da praticare in autunno<\/b><\/h4>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Anche con tempo limitato cogliamo l\u2019occasione per praticare sport all\u2019aria aperta finch\u00e9 la stagione non \u00e8 troppo fredda. E non stupiamoci se continueremo anche durante l\u2019inverno perch\u00e9 lo sport all\u2019aria aperta appassiona ed \u00e8 oggi supportato da abbigliamento tecnico adatto.<\/span><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><b>Jogging<span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> \u2013<\/span> <span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Per praticare lo jogging non sono necessarie attrezzature particolari, ma solamente scarpe adatte. \u00c8 non a caso <\/span>uno degli sport pi\u00f9 praticati<span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> in Italia e nel mondo da persone di tutte le et\u00e0, sia in citt\u00e0 sia sugli sterrati di campagna. Gli sterrati sono peraltro preferibili anche nei circuiti cittadini destinati agli jogger perch\u00e9 pi\u00f9 \u2018morbidi\u2019 e adatti ad attutire le vibrazioni.<\/span><\/b><\/li>\n<li><strong>Cycling<\/strong> <span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">\u2013<\/span> <span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Anche per praticare il ciclismo ci sembrerebbe di non doverci attrezzare di particolari equipaggiamenti. In realt\u00e0, oltre a dotarci di caschetto e ginocchiere, dobbiamo v<\/span>erificare sempre la funzionalit\u00e0 e la stabilit\u00e0<span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> della nostra bicicletta!<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<ul>\n<li><strong>Power walking<\/strong><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> \u2013<\/span> <span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Viene <\/span>chiamato anche fitwalking <span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">ed \u00e8 una pratica sportiva adatta ad ogni et\u00e0 e anche a chi riprende l\u2019attivit\u00e0 fisica dopo lungo tempo. Si tratta infatti di una <\/span>camminata potenziata a passo sostenuto<span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> per la quale si consiglia di piegare le braccia a 90 gradi se il ritmo diventa simile ad una marcia.<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<ul>\n<li><strong>Corsa in montagna<\/strong> <span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">\u2013<\/span> <span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">O in collina. Approfittiamo delle giornate autunnali ancora tiepide e dei <\/span>molti terreni collinari della nostra penisola<span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">. Attrezziamoci con scarpe e abbigliamento adatti e partiamo.\u00a0<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h4><b>Stretching, integratori e post- allenamento: non facciamoci male<\/b><\/h4>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Per ciascuna pratica sportiva, sia all\u2019aperto, in palestra con allenatore o in casa, valgono alcune regole immancabili per stare bene e non farsi male.<\/span><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><b>Riscaldamento<span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> \u2013 attenzione a non improvvisare gli sforzi, partire sempre moderatamente e trovare il proprio ritmo<\/span><\/b><\/li>\n<li><strong>Attrezzature o abbigliamento adatti<\/strong><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<ul>\n<li><strong>Stretching<\/strong><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> \u2013 esercizi di allungamento finali<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<ul>\n<li><strong>Bere e reintegrare Sali minerali<\/strong><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> \u2013 dopo lo sforzo beviamo e preferiamo <\/span><a href=\"https:\/\/www.ausilium.it\/integratori.htm\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">integratori ricchi di Sali minerali<\/span><\/a><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">, sia in bevanda sia in barretta
